What is the purpose of AIA’s Most Valued Partner (MVP) Program?

To provide our 300+ Owners a solid network of suppliers with whom relationships have been built.  These relationships will help to facilitate a greater partnership and generate increased revenue for you, the Owners, and AIA Corporation.  It is our commitment to do everything we can to filter more sales through our MVP suppliers and grow the business annually.

What does AIA require of its MVP suppliers?

  • Ability to handle the size of the AIA network (regarding billing, service, etc.)
  • Individual, personalized attention with dedicated customer service and production support teams
  • Direct communication on purchase orders, proofs, order acknowledgements, samples and e-mails
  • The guaranteed best pricing in the industry
  • Exclusive offers and discounts 
  • Compliant with all state and federal safety regulations to insure that our owners' customers can order worry-free

What is AIA’s history?

Neenah, Wisconsin-based AIA Corporation offers the opportunity for distributor professionals to grow
and strengthen an independent business while being backed by extensive support resources. Founded
in 1981, the company began offering franchises in 1994. To meet the unique needs of established
distributors, AIA launched its Sales Affiliate program in 2009. Today, its network has grown to more than
300 promotional businesses that help organizations develop marketing and advertising programs, select
promotional products from top brands and build integrated marketing solutions.

Since 2002, AIA and its network have been awarded 19 PPAI Pyramid Awards, 13 of which were Gold
Pyramids for the outstanding use of promotional products in employee incentives, tradeshows and
exhibitions, self-promotion, goodwill, not-for-profit, and business-to-business programs. Additionally, AIA
is ranked No. 11 on Counselor magazine’s 2011 Top 40 Distributors and No. 9 on Promo Marketing
magazine’s 2011 Top 50 Distributors.

What is the process to become a Most Valued Partner (MVP) with AIA?

If you are interested in being considered for admission to the MVP program, please complete the attached form in its entirety.  The Supplier Relations Team will review your product line and services, current AIA sales, sales trends and additional criteria to ensure that developing a long-term partnership will be beneficial for both parties. 

What is the process to become a Most Valued Partner (MVP) with AIA?

In order to be considered for MVP status, a supplier must show a minimum of $50,000 in sales with AIA from the previous year. Suppliers will be reviews on sales, product categories, pricing, incentives and additional criteria to ensure that developing a long-term partnership will be beneficial for both parties. The Supplier Relations Team will review suppliers on an annual basis and will contact you if we are interested in developing a partnership with your company.
